The First-Degree Black Belt ThienSi Le
May 05, 2017
My name is ThienSi Le, an IL Dan student at Mu Han Total Martial Arts in May 2012.
After 5 years at Mu Han Dojang, I, as a regular student and leadership student, have learned and practiced Martial Arts, particularly Tae Kwon Do (TKD), and Kung Fu under the enlightening guidance from Head Master Oh, Grand Master Kang, Master Lee, and leading instructors Jake and Domenic. As an assistant instructor on May 16, 2015, I have also learned how to teach other fellow students in 4 semesters. Mu Han offers the unique way I can apply 3 elements (Mind, Technique, and Body) in bidirectional interaction “To be the best of ……” The outstanding Mu Han Training Process Cycle that includes (1) goals setting, (2) motivation, (3) patience, (4) discipline, (5) respect, (6) achievement, and (7) happiness, is applied during my practicing at the dojang and at home. Mu Han training offers many benefits. For example, I am able to improve flexibility, increase balance, fend off weight gain, supercharge brain, mitigate stress, reduce depression, protect the heart, promote more sleep, ease back pain, boost body confidence, lessen inflammation, help breathing, slow aging, encourage exercise, increase aerobic capacity, ease caner recovery, fight incontinence, improve productivity, curb neck pain, and control diabetes.
As a student and assistant instructor, I follow Mu Han Principles and Guidance in learning how to teach, and practicing TKD daily. I am eager to learn novel poomsaes, and new exciting techniques. My goal is to become an official Mu Han instructor then later a master in Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, and Hap Ki Do.
